PCL FIRE does not stock every item offered on the web page on a regular basis.

The average turn around time for an order is four to twenty four weeks. PCL strives to get every order to its customers as soon as possible without sacrificing quality and craftsmanship of the product. Once the item(s) are finished, you will receive an E-Mail with tracking information from Stamps.com.

Cancellations can only be made within the first 4 weeks of purchase. Otherwise the products have been ordered and are “In Line to be Hand Made”

Cancellations after 4 weeks requires a 50% restocking fee (OR) In-Store Credit for the full amount towards items from TheJobAlliance.com

50% Restocking Fee. 50% of total sale will be refunded for all cancellations after the 4-week cut off period due to the orders being custom made and blank items being ordered.
